Program starts Saturday 9 January 2027

What the hundred days are really like

How it runs, what it asks of you, and what you get. The method itself is not published. Dr. Anil guides you through it, tailored to your particular condition.

The shape of it

Two stages, eighteen weeks

The hundred days are the core, but they are not the whole of it. Fourteen weeks of live sessions and a four-week follow-up both belong to the same eighteen weeks, with Dr. Anil guiding you throughout.

STAGE 01

14 weeks online

A live session with Dr. Anil every weekend — the hundred days. Each day you practise a small step and report it directly to him.

STAGE 02

Four-week follow-up

After the 14 weeks, you keep up the routine on your own while Dr. Anil follows up.

The weekly rhythm

One live hour at the weekend. Two minutes a day.

  • Saturday, 9:00 PM — in English. About an hour.
  • Sunday, 10:30 AM — in Hindi. About an hour.

The two sessions are held at different times so that every time zone has one it can reach. Join either, or both — and recordings are provided, so the language you are most comfortable in is always available.

Between sessions you follow Dr. Anil’s advice — small, easy steps, never more than you can manage — and report it to Dr. Anil on WhatsApp. The report takes two minutes a day. This is where most of the change actually happens, because reporting it is what makes you notice it.

How the work is paced

You are never asked to do more than you can manage that week.

It starts with noticing

Most plans begin by removing food on day one. Dr. Anil takes a different approach. In the early weeks you are only asked to notice things.

From there, small steps are added, one at a time, in a particular order. The order is the method. It is the part that took thirty-five years of clinical practice to work out, and it is the reason this holds when other things have not.

Why weight returns, and what fatty liver and a morning sugar reading actually mean, are explained in the Video Blog.

Accountability

You always know exactly where you stand.

A score every week

You score yourself every day, and submit your weekly score to Dr. Anil. So he knows exactly what you are doing, and can address your weak points personally.

If you start slipping, you get a phone call. Not a reminder message, not an email — a call.

Included

What you get for the hundred days

Your baseline assessment

A detailed health questionnaire and your physical and laboratory tests, recorded in a medical record kept for you.

Live sessions with the physician

Every weekend, in English and Hindi, conducted by Dr. Anil personally — not by someone reading from his material. Within each session Dr. Anil consults with you individually about your own progress, alongside the group discussion.

Full recordings

Both sessions recorded and available, so you can catch the one you missed and revisit anything.

Your reports, read by a physician

Weight, body measurements and your test reports — more than twenty parameters, tracked from your baseline to the end, and reviewed with you at a private one-to-one consultation at the end.

Your treatment, reviewed and changed

Dr. Anil reviews your existing treatment as your reports improve, and where it is clinically indicated he changes it himself, with follow-up. Any other doctor treating you stays in the picture.

Daily support group

Daily check-ins, the weekly scorecard, and other people on exactly the same day as you.

The practices

Breath work, Meditation, gratitude practice and EFT, built into the daily structure rather than bolted on.

Your care team

Dr. Anil, and two members of his care team

Dr. Anil conducts every live session himself. Two members of his care team support patients through the 100 days.

The commitment, honestly stated

One hour at the weekend, and two minutes a day

The daily steps fit into your normal day, and the report takes two minutes. It is small enough that busy people complete it — and large enough that it only works if you actually turn up.

Program starts Saturday 9 January 2027. Reservations close 30 November.
