- 100 days of live weekend sessionsConducted personally by Dr. Anil — English on Saturday, Hindi on Sunday. About an hour each, both recorded. Within each session Dr. Anil consults with you individually about your own progress.
- A private one-to-one consultation at the endDr. Anil reviews your progress and your reports with you.
- A four-week follow-up after the 14 weeksWhile you keep up the routine on your own, so the change settles into ordinary life.
- Your reports read and tracked throughoutWeight, body measurements and your test reports — the 20+ parameters followed against your baseline.
- Your treatment reviewed, and changed when indicatedDr. Anil reviews your existing treatment as your reports improve. Where it is clinically indicated he makes the change himself, with follow-up, and any other doctor treating you stays in the picture.
- Daily practice, reported directlySmall daily steps reported to Dr. Anil, a weekly score out of 100, and a phone call if you start slipping.

Before you pay anything
What happens if I change my mind after it starts?
If you withdraw within the first two weeks, the fee is refunded, less the nominal charge for your initial medical consultation.
When do I pay?
₹89,000, in full, before the program starts.
Your medical assessment starts after that. A detailed health questionnaire is shared with you, and you complete the physical and laboratory tests. These set your baseline.
What if I miss January?
The next intake is in May 2027. It runs three times a year — January, May and September.
Are there any other costs?
No supplements, no meal plans, no products of any kind.
