In his own words
I had a heart attack at 45.
It did not come alone. Acid reflux. Sleep that never left me rested. Brain fog. A face that was always a little swollen. Triglycerides that would not come down. I was treating patients all day, and I was not a well man myself.
So I did the one thing I had been trained to do. I went looking for the cause.
What I found was that most of it came back to food — not how much of it, but what it was made of — and to sleep, and to stress. I changed those things in my own life, and my problems corrected themselves. Every one of them.
I began using what I had learned with my patients, and it worked for them too. Today I guide anybody who genuinely wants to turn their health around, and their weight with it.

Dr. Anil practises Hematology and Oncology in Indore and continues to see patients alongside the Transform Life Program. He is affiliated with CHL Hospital, Indore, and co-founded Awaken Now with Surbhi Pandya.
Beyond the hundred-day program he runs the Mind, Body & Soul Retreats, and publishes patient education on his YouTube channel — including dedicated series on platelets, anaemia and cancer written for patients and their families.

Invited to speak, and to teach
Dr. Anil speaks regularly on physical, mental and emotional health at national forums — among them the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration at Mussoorie, the Controller General of Defence Accounts in Delhi and Mumbai, the National Highways Authority of India, and the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. He presented on the reversal of chronic disease and ageing at the Chhattisgarh Good Governance Workshop, the IAS Conclave at Raipur. He is also invited by government departments — the Commissioner of Police in Ahmedabad, the Income Tax Department in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, and the district headquarters at Agar. Hospitals ask too: most recently the Department of Oncology at MG Hospital, Jaipur.
