Program starts Saturday 9 January 2027

Reserve a seat for January.

Reservations close on 30 November. Seats are limited, because Dr. Anil conducts every session himself.

Before you reserve

The price, and what it includes

Everything covered — the baseline assessment, the hundred days, the four-week follow-up and the consultation at the end — is set out in full on the pricing page, along with the terms.

How reserving works

Four steps to join

STEP 01

Free consultation

One to one with Dr. Anil, online or in person. Bring your recent reports. He goes through your history with you and tells you whether the program is right for you.

STEP 02

Reserve your place

Fill the registration form. It ends with the payment details. Full terms are on the pricing page.

STEP 03

Questionnaire and tests

A detailed health questionnaire, and your physical and laboratory tests. These set your baseline and open the medical record kept for you.

STEP 04

The hundred days begin

Your first live weekend meeting with Dr. Anil.

The form takes a few minutes. Payment is made at the end of it, by UPI or bank transfer. If you do not take a seat for January, the next intake is in May 2027.

Rather talk first?

Speak to Dr. Anil before you reserve

Perfectly reasonable, and common. The consultation is free and takes about twenty minutes: what you are dealing with, what you have already tried, your recent reports, and an honest answer about whether this is the right thing for your particular case. Sometimes the answer is no.

Questions

What callers usually ask

These come up on almost every enquiry call, answered here so you can get to the useful part faster.

What actually changes? What's the mechanism?

Mainly the Fuel Switch™. Insulin is brought down through what your food is made of, so your body can burn its stored fat for energy too. Alongside it come a gut biome reset, sleep restoration and autophagy. And you learn to tell real hunger from eating out of stress or boredom.

Dr. Anil explains parts of this on video, free, in the Video Blog.

Will I have to stop my medicines?

No — and you should not stop anything on your own. You continue exactly as prescribed. As your reports improve, your medication is reviewed by a physician, in coordination with the doctor already treating you. Any change is a clinical decision with evidence in front of it.

Is this keto? Intermittent fasting?

No. There is no fasting protocol, no eating window, no timed meals and no weighed portions. If you have tried keto or intermittent fasting before, this will not feel like either of them.

What is done instead, and in what order, is what Dr. Anil guides you through across the hundred days. It is the part that took thirty-five years of practice to work out, so it is not published.

Do I have to buy supplements or special products?

No. Nothing is sold to you, and there is no monthly purchase that the results depend on. No equipment either.

Can I do this if I'm not in India?

Yes. It runs online and has patients in Singapore, Dubai, London and elsewhere. Sessions are at 9:00 PM and 10:30 AM India time and both are recorded, so time zones are workable.

What if I miss a session? I travel constantly.

Join either session live, or both — and recordings are provided. The structure was built around people with unpredictable calendars — doctors, scientists, entrepreneurs and senior officials make up much of every intake.

How much time does it really take?

One live hour at the weekend. Each day, small steps that fit into your normal day, and a two-minute report on WhatsApp. It is deliberately small, because a program that demands more does not get finished by the people who most need it.

What happens afterwards? Will it come back?

Nothing is forced on you or taken away, so there is no plan to fall off. That said, this is lifestyle change rather than a procedure: what happens afterwards depends on what you keep doing.

A retired Supreme Court judge who did it put it this way after seeing an earlier patient a year on: the doubters assume that after three months you are back to square one, and that is not what happens. "You can be a changed person for good."

I am in my seventies. Is it too late?

No. One patient joined at seventy-four, and says plainly that he was apprehensive about starting at that age. He finished ten kilos lighter, off both his diabetes tablets, with his blood pressure at 120/70 without medicine and a stomach problem of a year’s standing gone.

His own advice is aimed at people far younger: start before the medicines begin, and if you are already on them, at least find out whether they are still needed.

I have type 2 diabetes and I'm on several medications. Is this for me?

This is one of the most common situations we see, including people on insulin. Bring your recent reports and your current prescriptions to the call and you will get a straight answer about whether this is right for your particular case.
